This site has been created to help MOHOA members and management better manage rental activity. Your cooperation with this effort helps to enhance security, emergency preparedness and safety for our residents and guests.

2. Add and upload all required Rental Unit Owner information.

3. Add required information for your tenants.

4. Make rental fee payments online via credit card.

5. Download HOA rental rules and City of Malibu Code of Conduct for Rentals (for posting inside your rental unit).

6. View building emergency contacts and procedures.
